        3.1 The products displayed in the online shop can be viewed with the following statuses:<\/p>\n

          3.3\u00a0 In the event that a product becomes unavailable after we have accepted your order, we will inform you by email within 2 (two) working days of acceptance of the order and we will refund the price you have paid for the product. In the event of cancellation of the order due to out of stock, we will also reimburse you for the shipping costs you have incurred.<\/p>\n

          3.4 We may not always specify the availability of the products shown in the online shop.<\/p>\n

          1. Price and delivery costs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            4.1\u00a0 The price of the products delivered to your country of residence, where the products are delivered as stated in article 7.10, is expressed in \u20ac (Euro). The price of the product (including VAT) will be the price indicated at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n

            4.2\u00a0 The price of products delivered in other countries will be indicated in the currency of the selected country. Please note that you are responsible for your own purchasing decisions and you agree that when you select a delivery country the currency of that country will apply, even if it is different from your own. You will also be responsible for any currency exchange differences that apply.<\/p>\n

            4.3 The prices shown on the Website are inclusive of all taxes in the country of final delivery of the product.<\/p>\n

            4.4 In the event that the products are shipped to a country outside the European Union, we will charge you the corresponding customs duties on your order.<\/p>\n

            4.5 The prices shown on shoescinderella.com do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs will depend on the volume of the order and the type of delivery. The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the checkout process and will be added to the total amount of the product value.             4.6 All orders will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).<\/p>\n

            1. Ordering through the online shop<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5.1 To place an order, you can either log in as an unregistered user or log in to your online shop account. Alternatively, you can create your own account during the checkout process by entering all mandatory data and choosing your personal password.<\/p>\n

              5.2 Please note that you are responsible for not disclosing your passwords and for keeping them confidential. We are not responsible for third party access to your account unless it is due to a security breach of our online shop.<\/p>\n

              5.3 If you wish to purchase more than one product, you will need to add each and every product to your basket and only then will you be able to proceed to checkout in accordance with our checkout process.<\/p>\n

                6.1 You can pay the price of the products and the shipping costs by the following payment methods: credit card or PayPal. We reserve the right to remove or add any payment method without prior notice. We may update these changes in the online shop at any time.<\/p>\n

                Credit card or PayPal<\/strong><\/p>\n

                You can enter your payment details at the time of placing your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card, its credit status in relation to the value of the order and whether the purchaser’s address is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the outcome of these checks. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable bank charges.<\/p>\n

                PayPal<\/strong><\/p>\n

                When paying with PayPal, we reserve the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase amount and that the buyer’s billing address details are correct. Your PayPal account will be debited immediately. On the PayPal website you will be able to complete the payment of the price of the products and the shipping costs, using your PayPal account in accordance with the PayPal terms of use accepted by you at that time or previously.<\/p>\n

                Voucher\/Gift Card\/Promotional Discount<\/strong><\/p>\n

                You can choose to pay with a voucher, promotional code or your gift card by entering the code in the “voucher code” section during the checkout process. We will automatically deduct the amount corresponding to the voucher, promotional code or gift card from the total amount of your purchase. If the funds from the voucher, promotional code or gift card are not sufficient to pay for the full amount of your purchase, you can choose to.<\/p>\n

Payment will be made directly on a secure server, with SSL encryption to guarantee the absolute security of transactions. We cannot access your credit or debit card details and neither can any third party, either at the time of ordering or subsequently.<\/p>\n

                6.4 The information you provide to us under this article 6 will be used solely for the purpose of completing the sales process and refund procedures in the event of cancellation of your order in whole or in part as required under these terms.<\/p>\n

                1. Dispatch and delivery of goods<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  7.1 We will only dispatch goods once payment has been successfully completed. We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after receipt of payment.<\/p>\n

                  7.2 We ship orders exclusively to the countries indicated in our online shop, taking into account the product ordered and the delivery destination. We reserve the right to choose the best transport option for these shipments without prior notice. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provide during the checkout process.                   7.3 Products will be delivered by the selected courier within a maximum of 10 days from the date of dispatch. The actual delivery time is clearly indicated during the purchase procedure.<\/p>\n

                  7.4 If delivery of the products is delayed due to a circumstance beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. In such a case, you may wish to cancel your order and you are entitled to request to do so. To do so, please contact us, or send us a message via our Contact Us form. In this case, you will receive a refund for the product you paid for but did not receive.<\/p>\n

                  7.5 Please note that you may exercise your statutory rights in the event that we deliver any goods to you later than the time period set out in clause 7.3 above.<\/p>\n

                    7.8 Your order can only be delivered to you or to any person you have authorised. At the time of delivery, you or the relevant person will be asked to sign for receipt of the goods. It is at this time and not later that you should indicate any incidents on the delivery note. Please note that the carriers do not deliver to post offices, post boxes or any other similar place.<\/p>\n

                      8.1 We offer you the additional option of returning the products you have purchased online (except for personalised products) up to fifteen (15) days after actual receipt of the goods for a refund equal to the price paid for the returned goods.<\/p>\n

We shall be entitled to refuse to make the products conform if repair or replacement is impossible or if the costs we would incur are disproportionate, having regard to all the circumstances.<\/p>\n

                            11.3 You shall not be entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract if the lack of conformity is minor as far as we have been able to ascertain.<\/p>\n

                                  14.1 This contract binds you and SHOESCINDERELLA. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.<\/p>\n

                                  14.2 Each paragraph of these terms has separate effect. If any part of these terms is rejected or declared invalid by any court or competent authority, the remainder of the terms shall continue to apply.<\/p>\n

                                  14.3 Our failure to require you to comply strictly with your obligations under a contract or these terms and conditions, or our failure to exercise any rights or remedies to which we may be entitled under such contract or these terms and conditions, shall not constitute a waiver or limitation of such rights or remedies or relieve you from compliance with such obligations.<\/p>\n
